ABOUT ME
Nato a Palmanova (UD) nel 1979, fin da bambino sono sempre stato attratto dalla natura e in particolar modo dagli animali, dal più piccolo insetto fino ai grandi mammiferi, passando per tutto quello c'è in mezzo. Nella regione in cui sono cresciuto, il Friuli Venezia Giulia, le opportunità dal punto di vista naturalistico non mancano ed ho potuto così ampliare e approfondire negli anni questa mia grande passione.
L’interesse per la natura si è rivelato così forte da influenzare anche il mio percorso di studi, concretizzandosi infine in una laurea in Scienze Forestali ed Ambientali.
Il crescente desiderio di poter immortalare tutto ciò che osservavo durante le uscite in montagna in solitaria o con gli amici mi ha fatto scoprire il mondo della fotografia naturalistica. Ben presto la macchina fotografica si è trasformata in uno strumento inseparabile, tanto che difficilmente la lascio a casa anche quando esco solo per una semplice passeggiata.
Dal 2009 vivo a Bologna, dove solo da poco ho cominciato a conoscere l'Appennino e tutta la bellezza che sa offrire.
I was born in Palmanova (UD) in 1979, as a child I was always attracted by nature and especially animals, from the smallest insect to the largest mammals, via everything in between. In the region where I grew up, the Friuli Venezia Giulia, the opportunities from the point of view of nature are not lacking and I could well broaden and deepen in the years my passion.
The interest in nature has been so strong as to influence my course of study, finally he materialized in a degree in Forest and Environmental Sciences.
The growing desire to capture everything I admired during outings in the mountains in solitary or with my friends introduced me to the world of nature photography. Soon the camera became a tool inseparable, so much so that hardly I leave it home even when I go out just for a simple walk.
Since 2009 I live in Bologna, where only recently I have begun to learn the Apennines and all the beauty that can offer.
